PAINTING, ROOF AND FLOOR COATING WORK​

PAINTING We have the experience in exterior and interior painting of condominiums, commercial, industrial and landed residential buildings. For high rise building, gondola, boom lift or scissors lift are commonly used in our projects. We are one of the applicator of Nippon, ICI and Jotun paint company.

​ROOF COATING For clay tile roof coating and waterproofing, we will apply a single component, water-based, elastomeric acrylic waterproof membrane on the treated areas for 3 coats to achieve the required water tightness. For reinforced concrete waterproofing, a specially formulated, cold-applied elastomeric polyurethane waterproof membrane will be used.

FLOOR COATING We apply Epoxy coating for the floor at harsh environments such as production lines, oil & gas plants, garages and places with high human and motor traffic, the right and lasting floor painting services is vital in ensuring the continuous productivity and a safe environment for the workforce.
